CK Complex (International — Poland)
CK Complex is Poland's largest independent vaping platform, vertically integrated across manufacturing, distribution, and retail. The business is the only player of scale in Poland that owns the full value chain: from in-house e-liquid production through national wholesale distribution to over 200 owned specialist retail stores across all 16 Polish provinces.
CK Complex holds exclusive Polish distribution rights for the world's four largest vape hardware brands: SMOK, VooPoo, Aspire, and Vaporesso. Competitors cannot access these products through any other channel. Combined with its own-brand e-liquid portfolio of over 700 SKUs, manufactured at its OEM production facility, the business captures margin at every stage of the value chain.

The business delivers an extensive portfolio of tiles (wall, floor, large-format), pavers, terrazzo, mosaics, natural stone surfaces, sanitary ware, and bespoke cladding.
Serving both residential and commercial sectors, it provides full-scope support from material selection and technical guidance to installation systems including floor rejuvenation and raised flooring. With branches and showrooms across South Africa and Namibia and a growing online presence, Union Tiles continues on its growth trajectory and record of profitability.
Taigan M-Stretch
Taigan M-Stretch is a manufacturer and supplier of multi-layered stretch film to logistics, manufacturing, and FMCG operators across Southern Africa. The business has developed a competitive moat through continent-wide distribution rights, high switching costs, and embedded demand growth from essential sectors.
Backed by proprietary research and development and rigorous quality control, Taigan scales efficiently without requiring heavy capital expenditure, combining resilience with operating leverage. As an enabler of everyday commerce, its products play an indispensable role in keeping goods protected and supply chains moving.
Winmar (Specialty Components)
Winmar services blue-chip clients in mining, construction, and agri-processing with a tailored range of industrial essentials, including signage, coatings, chemicals, and protective equipment. With more than 30 years of trading history and deeply embedded customer relationships, it has become the preferred last-mile supplier in regions where original equipment manufacturers cannot reach.

The property portfolio, held through Phoenix Properties, spans approximately 70,000m² of gross lettable area, of which 60,000m² is currently leased and income-generating. A further 10,000m² has been earmarked for future buildout or tenant-led development, creating optionality for expansion and value unlocking.
Situated within one of Gauteng’s most desirable logistics and commercial corridors, the properties benefit from immediate access to major arterial routes including the N3, N12, and R24 highways, minutes from OR Tambo International Airport and key industrial hubs. This connectivity enhances tenant appeal and positions the portfolio at the heart of South Africa’s trade and transport network.
